Phebe Meader, daughter of James Meader (bc.1790) [0126] and Nicea Bull (1795-1868), was born June 5, 1822 in Ferrisburg. She was married to John Riley May 9, 1842 at Starksboro by a justice of the peace, out of the Farnham meeting. She was disowned by the Ferrisburg Monthly Meeting May 3, 1843.
